Einleitung
GO2cam entwickelt sich ständig weiter, um den Bedürfnissen der Industrie gerecht zu werden und sich an globale Trends anzupassen. Automatisierung in GO2cam ist ein wichtiger Teil dieser Entwicklung und zielt darauf ab, den Prozess der Programmierung der Bearbeitung eines Teils zu automatisieren, ihn effizienter und einfacher zu gestalten und somit die Programmierzeit erheblich zu verkürzen.
Diese Automatisierung wird seit früheren Versionen mit schrittweisen Updates für spezifische Prozesse im Laufe der Jahre entwickelt und erfolgt durch die:

Automatische Erkennung der Formen, auf die Bearbeitungszyklen angewendet werden sollen.

Automatische Auswahl von Werkzeugen und Schnittbedingungen.

Automatische Anwendung von Werkzeugwegen zur Bearbeitung des Teils.

It started with the introduction of HMF in V5.5 - allowing the automatic recognition of holes and assigning standard hole parameters or User-defined parameters to them, to then be automatically machined. |

The concept of eine Opelist was then introduced in V5.6 - allowing to define or capture from an existing file, and save, a list of machining operations. These cycles can then be loaded and applied on another part by only selecting the profiles. (Further conditions can also be defined in the opelist to automate the profile recognition process). Automatische Dreh-Opelist was then introduced in V6.06 - this allows to define an opelist for turning which is able to automatically recognize the features of the part and apply the machining cycles on it. The whole process is reduced to a few clicks. |

Features für Fräsen wurde in V6.10 eingeführt - dies ermöglichte die Erkennung von prismatische Features an einem Teil und wendete automatisch eine Opelist zur Bearbeitung der Features an. |

Ab V6.11, Bearbeitungsfeatures wurde weiter verbessert, indem alle vorherigen Automatisierungsoptionen in einem einzigen Fenster zusammengefasst wurden. Dies kann nun für MillTurn parts allowing the recognition of the various topologies of the part and automatically machining it with the applicable opelists. |
